A destination wellness retreat for women 35+ in their changing seasons (peri-menopause, menopause, post menopause, life shifts, family changes and work challenges). This space is about building wellness through nurturing our sistahood tribes and celebrating the unlearning and reconnecting to self-kindness.

FLOAT is a return to First Nations concepts of wellness practices that infuse cultural ceremony with mindful practices. And with the backdrop of Vanuatu, you are reminded to return to self, to ground and to be STILL..

The retreat offers:

  • five nights accommodation on hideaway island and catered lunches.

  • Transportation including airport pickup and drop off.

  • All FLOAT activities including mindful practices and water healing.

  • Cultural exchange with ni-Vanuatu women.

  • Cultural weaving and ilan kaikai making.

  • Sistahood Photoshoot

  • And much more.

FLOAT is not just a retreat, it is conscious tourism. We highlight the climate impact to these small Island nations through the activities we do during the wellness retreat. Women get to hear stories and sit with ni-Vanuatu women to learn about daily life and how climate change impacts their communities. The FLOAT retreat also supports ni-Vanuatu female run business. As global First Nations peoples, reciprocity between cultures is a foundation of building trust and friendship. By ensuring that we are supporting female businesses with our procurement of products and services, we return the kindness and friendship offered so willing to us. And we don’t take that for granted.

Tidda ones who join us at FLOAT26 get a beautiful welcome gift basket filled with products made by ni-Vanuatu women. One of our aim is building a network of skilled sistahood that offer support with skill-share, project support, fundraising and community activism.
